Meditation for the Busy Mind

Take a breath.
Back up.

Stop talking.

Now, breathe.

Observe.

Don’t. Say. Anything.

Just let the world keep turning.

Allow life to happen
Without voicing an opinion on it.

See how things work –

See how they do not.

Keep your head down.

Study –

Not just books, but energy, too.

Listen for a spell.

There is wisdom in silence.

There is knowledge in absence.

There is truth in just being.

Open mind.

Deep breaths.

Willing hands.

Let Life come to you.
